How do I cancel my Cloud Megastore subscription?

If you no longer want your Cloud Megastore storage plan, send us a cancellation request and our support team will handle it and confirm by email.

Before you cancel

• Download any files you want to keep to your own device.
• Make a note of the billing date shown on your card statement.
• Decide whether a smaller plan would suit you better than cancelling.

The monthly plans listed on cloudmegastore.com are Silver at $9.99 and Gold at $29.99, and the Single Day Pass at $2.00 covers 24 hours only. If you only need less space rather than no account, ask us about changing your plan instead.

How to request cancellation

1. Open the Submit a Request form and choose “Cancel Subscription”.
2. Enter the email address linked to your Cloud Megastore account.
3. Enter the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card that was charged.
4. Describe your request and submit it.

You will see a request number on screen once your cancellation request reaches our support team. Keep that number and watch your inbox, including the spam or junk folder, for our reply.
