How do I change or upgrade my storage plan?

Cloud Megastore offers several storage options, and you can ask our support team to move your account from one to another.

The published plans

• Single Day Pass — $2.00 per day, 1 GB of storage with 24 hours of access to core features, for short-term use with no long-term commitment.
• Silver — $9.99 per month, 15 GB of storage, suited to individuals managing their own files.
• Gold — $29.99 per month, 100 GB of storage, for power users and small teams who need more space for growing file collections.

Choosing a plan

• Estimate how much space your current files take up before you choose.
• Pick the Single Day Pass if you only want short-term access.
• Move up to Gold if you are running out of room on Silver.

Ask us to make the change

Send us a request with the email address on your account, the plan you are on now, the plan you would like, and the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card on file. Our team will confirm the change by email.
